Responsibilities
In the first 2 years of your career, you will be given Analyst Programmer/Developer roles to hone your foundation skills as an IT professional. The foundation is instrumental before you progress on to the second phase of your career roadmap.
During your second phase of the career roadmap, you will be given exposure to the business’s perspectives and you will be given project management role as a Business Analyst to liaise with the business users and programmers to enhance the system and platform to meet the business objectives.
We offer an array of career pathways within PhillipCapital group and you will be given team leader roles or other leadership opportunities if you have proven yourself to us that you have the potential to lead and manage a team in the near future.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of ASP.net or other scripting languages
- Experience with distributed (multi-tiered) systems, algorithms and rational databases
- Experience in optimization mathematics (linear programming, nonlinear optimization)
- Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions
- Analytical and logical thinking - Deal well with ambiguous/ undefined problems
