Responsibilities
- Prepare presentations and reports for business conferences and meetings
- Support the manager in preparing internal and external communication related to Partners performance
- Coordinate strategically relevant projects in close cooperation with the respective departments and superiors (e.g. Value Chain Integration, Customer Loyalty Program Design)
- Proactively propose and initiate internal projects to increase efficiency and productivity
- Participate in regular meetings with the Key Account Management team
- Create briefings and minutes for customer and internal meetings and follow-up with participants
- Compile overview report on selected Global (GP) and Business (BP) Partner’s business performance to evaluate their support
- Analyze sales reports and develop action plans accordingly
- Additional support in CRM and Business Development related topics on ad-hoc basis
Qualifications
- completed the 3rd semester of business administration, economics, engineering or natural sciences
- Enrolled at university for the entire period of the internship
- Excellent skills in coordination and facilitation as well as high analytical competence and conceptual problem solving capabilities
- Good MS Office application skills especially in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, MS Access is desirable
- Preferably with some practical working experience in related working environment
- Flexible and adaptable to different cultures
- Positive attitude, pleasant personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of English language
