Responsibilities
The programme is professionally, technically and academically challenging offering the opportunity to become part of a top 5 global programme underpinning GSK’s business transformation.

As part of our comprehensive induction programme, we will be investing in your personal development to give you a depth of functional expertise that will position you to contribute and deliver in your early days with us.

You will receive a comprehensive grounding on GSK and its ways of working, along with a thorough understanding of GSK’s IT skills framework.

Beyond this, you will gain detailed functional training, combined with an in-depth business process overview, onwards of which you will work within our day-to-day delivery, service and deployment streams.

You will get increasingly involved in projects. Over 18-24 months you will work on 2-3 deployment cycles building your skills in business process re-engineering and project management.

You will have direct engagement with key leaders working on business process engineering.

Your line manager will provide you with stretch, coaching and support to provide the maximum development and engagement and help you achieve your potential. 

Qualifications
  • Graduates in Computing, Engineering, Life Sciences or Business Administration.
