Responsibilities
  • Acquire in-depth knowledge of Adobe’s various business and sales programs, hosted/SaaS programs and also others - shrink wrap product & worldwide licensing programs
  • Learn and adhere to related procedures and processes and supporting systems
  • Manage incoming orders in accordance with established procedures 
  • Manage the returns process for partners/customers, ensuring that all returns conform to the terms and conditions of the contract 
  • Work directly with partners/customers and internal Adobe departments and Sales on issue resolution 
  • Status reporting
  • Work with others within the team in order to achieve common goals 
  • Support other activity when required
  • Customer Contact- Adobe Partners, Customers, Suppliers, and Employees. 

Qualifications
  • Anyone that have excellent analytical/numerical skills and an eye for detail 
  • Team player
  • Professional manner, confident, bright, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Office and E-mail. Proficiency in MS Excel
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritise
