Ascott Management Associates Programme (AMAP) aims to nurture young, promising talents who can take on key responsibilities within our serviced residences. It is a specially tailored AMAP; an 18-month on-the-job learning programme for fresh graduates. During the programme, Management Associates (MAs) are equipped with a good grasp of our business complexities as well as skills to excel in hospitality management.
Responsibilities
- Assist Assistant Vice President, Investor Relations in day to day operations and functions of the department
- Prepare monthly and quarterly Investor Relations reports
- Assist to prepare yearly Annual Report
- Prepare quarterly results presentation slides, IR database, FAQ
- Assist in special projects assignments (acquisitions and divestment of assets)
- Meet with investors and follow up with Investor’s requests
Qualifications
- Passionate about hospitality management.
- Have a solid educational (Undergraduate or graduate) and extra-curricular track record exemplifying leadership skills
- A plus if potential MAs are keen to work overseas
