Responsibilities
The Programme offers you two job rotations within an 24-month duration, market-competitive remuneration and benefits, challenging projects as well as an employee mentor and buddy scheme. With two development tracks, Functional and Finance, you can gain experience ranging from Property Management to Retail Management, or from Corporate Finance to Investor Relations.

Our 12-month graduate trainee programme offers fresh graduates an opportunity to enter into the exciting real estate industry with one of the leading real estate companies in Asia. The programme comprises challenging projects, performance coaching and corporate learning programmes to help build functional competencies in a real estate business. We are looking for highly motivated fresh graduates with strong academic achievements to join us in various areas within the Mapletree Group, in both front-office and corporate services functions.
