Responsibilities
The Management Trainee Programme is a rigorous programme designed to groom future leaders of SMRT.
Over a span of 18 months, you will undergo a customised programme consisting of a structured mix of induction into the organisation, business unit attachments, challenging projects and engaging developmental training programmes. You will also be provided with invaluable opportunities to interact with SMRT’s senior management team.
The programme provides a conducive and supportive developmental environment that combines fundamental occupational skills with leadership training. This widens your perspective, and facilitates your rise into management positions in SMRT.

Our Management Trainees are critical to the future success of SMRT. You must be ready to take on new challenges. We expect you to be a strong communicator and a strategic thinker. You should also be great with people. Finally, you should possess a good honours degree from a reputable university.
