Responsibilities
This unique and challenging program will start in June 2014 and last for 9 months. It is divided into theoretical and practical blocks. During the theory phases, which will be conducted in two different countries within the ASEAN and Pacific Region, all participants would learn together before applying the acquired knowledge during on-the-job training in the practical phases. Moreover, each CAPAP Graduate Trainee will receive support and career development coaching from a high profile internal mentor.
Qualifications
At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
At least Second Upper Class Honours or equivalent.
Good communication skills in English and one Asian Language
1-2 years work experience are also eligible to apply
1-3 Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in one additional ASEAN language is highly advantageous
