It was in 1986 that the company started Europe's first facilities management consultancy services and in 1996 the business began to offer full life-cycle capital project and facilities consultancy. In 2003 EC Harris became a limited liability partnership (LLP)
Responsibilities
- To provide CS services across a broad spectrum of the CS product range based on personal experience and professional training
- To prepare or assess contractual claims and specialise in providing quantum and or planning /time analysis with the assistance of other CS team members
- To assist in preparation of reports or submissions related to claims or disputes
- To assist in providing strategic procurement advice
- To assist with the delivery of commissions with appropriate peer input
- To be a team player and maintaining good relationships with team member
- To support other CS personnel and support others doing the same
- To develop relationships with client/ influence at peer level
- To assist in CS knowledge capture and transfer activity
- To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
- To work in teams or independently in EC Harris or Client office
- To allow flexibility to travel and act out his/her role derived from expansion of CS team
- To support CS vision and business plan
Qualifications
- Recognised Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building Services or related discipline
- Good written and oral communication skill, interpersonal and analytical skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English
- Proficient in PC application
