Responsibilities
As a graduate trainee at UBS, you'll join a target business into a defined role where you'll benefit from both business specific and firm-wide on and off-the-job training that will ensure you are a confident and competent contributor from day one.
Each hiring area has its own program framework that varies in duration, scope and location. They all share a modular course structure that breaks down complex information into manageable elements. In addition, a common framework for all graduates across regions is in place to ensure a common experience for all graduates.
You keep learning once you join your team, and during your time on the program, you'll have the opportunity to broaden your specialist knowledge and extend your network of contacts.
