BestTop Career Sharing Session 6 – Effective Interview Skills – 17 AUG 2013

A new cohort of participants have joined BestTop for the second session on 17 August 2013. During this session, our participants have learned effective interview skills to be used for one-to-one and group discussion interviews (click to view what they have said about BestTop).

Based on last session’s "REST" technique, BestTop further illustrated to our participants how to apply that technique in the preparation for interviews as well. To cater to the needs of our valued customers, who are mostly current students and recent grads, we have tailored our session so that they have learnt how to behave well in interviews in the form of one-to-one and group discussion.

In order to enrich the learning results from last session, participants were also requested to conduct mock resume and cover letter critique discussions. Either good and poor examples were shown to them to strengthen their resume cover letter writing skills.
