Responsibilities
You’ll be offered the opportunity to rotate across the varied Global Technology divisions and experience different roles and aspects of our business. Some of our graduates work in technical areas, such as programming. Others take a broader business view and work with customers to apply technology to their organizations and processes. You can join us in a variety of roles within three functions - Management, Analysis or Development. Whichever area you join, you’ll benefit from a strong mentoring scheme, a management team that’s dedicated to helping you progress, and responsibility for helping to deliver innovative global projects.

Qualifications
People who combine broad business awareness with an interest in, and aptitude for, technology. Similarly, your degree can be in any discipline but Science, Technology (MIS, Informational), Engineering (Computer, Electrical, Industrial & Operational, others), Math, Physics, Computer Science, and Business are particularly relevant. You’ll need an interest in the world of finance and the ability to communicate complex technological ideas to our business across the globe.
