Responsibilities
Wholesale Bank International Graduates to one of three business streams and provide training that gives you the full experience of the business you are operating in. Our 12-month programme is designed to accelerate your career and give you all the experience and exposure you need to do amazing work.
Graduates can choose to complete the Wholesale Bank International Graduate Programme in one of three programme streams:
- Coverage & Corporate Finance
- Financial Markets
- Transaction Banking
Within each stream, you’ll have the opportunity every day to leverage your unique strengths and discover what you are insanely good at.
Each role rotation will ensure you develop a crucial understanding of key functions of the business, as well as the skills and knowledge needed to carve out an amazing career within our Wholesale Bank
Qualifications
- An undergraduate degree, any discipline
- The legal right to work in the country for which you are applying
- Fluency in English; a second language is considered beneficial
