Responsibilities
- To assist the Regional Recruitment & Resourcing Manager in sourcing talent and delivering the right recruitment solution within the desired timescales using the most efficient sourcing and processing approach.
- Will report directly to the Regional Recruitment and Resourcing Manager and will work with team colleagues in the region.
- Will be based in the Singapore office but will have a remit that covers South East Asia and Hong Kong locations.
- Identify job descriptions and produce job advertisements in line with requirements
- Manage and sift advertising response including screening CV’s and identifying suitable candidates to be referred to hiring managers
- Liaise with candidates and hiring managers and arrange interviews
- Ensure all recruitment activity is recorded and updated on the in-house recruitment database
- Update the internal vacancies list on a monthly basis
- Work closely with the team to understand the recruitment progress
- Keep the team up-to-date with any market trends identified
- Provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
- Make recommendations to improve systems where necessary
- Provide support in the delivery of ad hoc projects and activities assigned by the line manager including some HR duties
Qualifications
- Ideally the candidate will have a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience within a recruitment environment either in house or agency although a fresh graduate with enthusiasm in developing his / her career in recruitment will also be considered
- Experience of using job websites and social networking sites is preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills
- Proactive approach and ability to work on own initiative
- Good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Fluent English language skills is essential
- International experience is desirable
