Responsibilities
You will be required to handle customer inquiries quotations, and complaints in a prompt and efficient manner, while building and maintaining effective customer relationships. This includes managing customer purchase orders, batch reservations, consignment stock, and also coordinating with logistics partners, sales team, and customers to ensure smooth goods delivery.
You will need to ensure proper maintenance of records and filing of documentations and successful completion of daily sales-related transactions in the SAP system. As a SAP user, you will also identify areas for improvements in current operations and propose initiatives to improve efficiency and service levels.
Qualifications
You’re someone who wants to influence your own development. You’re looking for a company where you have the opportunity to pursue your interests across functions and geographies. Where a job title is not considered the final definition of who you are, but the starting point.
You should ideally possess at least a Diploma in Supply Chain Management or a related field, preferably with 2 years of working experience in customer service and sales order handling. Proficiency in MS Office is required. Experience in SAP will be an added advantage. You should be a team player with good communication and interpersonal skills, organised, meticulous, and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
