Responsibilities
- To support the Human Resources Department in the following areas:
- Market research - To research on and identify best practices for campus recruitment and develop marketing plans to attract top talent. To conduct benchmarking exercise to identify new ideas and recruitment solutions
- Events organization - To collaborate with corporate partners (e.g. F&B, venue, corporate gifts) and vendors to plan and execute recruitment events
- Recruitment support - To work with HR business partners to coordinate interviews for experienced hires (as required)
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Human Resource / Communication Studies / Social Sciences with a strong interest in HR.
- Good academic results
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and enthusiastic about event planning and interacting with people
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Strong organizational skills
- Meticulous in work output
- Able to commit for at least 8 to 10 weeks
