Responsibilities
  • To support the Human Resources Department in the following areas:
  • Market research - To research on and identify best practices for campus recruitment and develop marketing plans to attract top talent. To conduct benchmarking exercise to identify new ideas and recruitment solutions
  • Events organization - To collaborate with corporate partners (e.g. F&B, venue, corporate gifts) and vendors to plan and execute recruitment events
  • Recruitment support - To work with HR business partners to coordinate interviews for experienced hires (as required)

Qualifications
  • Diploma or Degree in Business / Marketing / Human Resource / Communication Studies / Social Sciences with a strong interest in HR.
  • Good academic results
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills 
  • Energetic and enthusiastic about event planning and interacting with people 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint 
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Meticulous in work output
  • Able to commit for at least 8 to 10 weeks
