Responsibilities
In this role you will be part of a high-intensity, multi-national team that truly enjoys and has a passion for their work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to interact and gain exposure across all levels of the organization, as well as develop externally recognized and marketable skills. The Process Transformation Manager will have the opportunity to make a visible impact to the business by:
- Use Virtual Reality capabilities, innovative technologies and in-depth understanding of business processes to transform processes or drive continuous improvements
- Lead Projects involving multifunction members - candidate should be able to set direction, negotiate alignment, facilitate resolution to issues, and act as a single point of contact to the customer team.
- Provide Governance and management of a Project Management service provider to deliver projects as well as help build their capability on an ongoing basis.
- Provide Financial and portfolio management to project teams/customers, including managing/overseeing recommendations.
- Ability to evaluate current work processes and identify continuous improvements will be expected from the candidate on an ongoing basis. Any experience on work process simplification or innovation, and ability to adapt or lead and drive changes are essential.
Qualifications
- Have Undergraduate or Masters Degree level qualifications from recognized universities
- Strong leadership and active in extracurricular activities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to influence others to take action
- Strong project management and thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a "can-do" attitude
- Innovative with good interpersonal collaboration skills
- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities
- Business background/interest and technical/analytical skills are preferred
- From zero to 3 years professional experience
