Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee, you will be deployed to a designated area within Operations, Customer Service or Sales where you will undergo a 12-18 months program consisting of on-the-job coaching, classroom training and practical hands-on experience. The program will equip you with hands-on specialized experience in the business to prepare and groom you to take on future leadership roles upon demonstrating your potential and capability.

As part of the exposure, you will also be invited to participate in organizing various companywide activities like business process improvement initiatives and many other initiatives to support our underlying principle of respect and results in our journey as an employer of choice.

Qualifications
Fresh graduates preferably with Degree in Business specializing in Operations Management/Degree in Engineering
