Responsibilities
You will work as a student intern in fast-paced research projects and apply software engineering principles and concepts to help create new and innovative research prototypes. You would be designing and analyzing software architectures and implement software prototypes. The duration of the internship is 3-12 months full-time. Our focus is to create new products and services. If you can do that, there just might be a place for you at SAP.

Qualifications
Have knowledge and hands-on experience in technologies and methods, such as: - Programming: Java, Objective-C, C/C++, C#. - Web Technologies: Javascript, SAP UI5, jQuery, CSS. - Database Administration: SQL-based databases (e.g. MySQL, PostgreSQL, HANA).

Industry Experience with application development is a plus (Agile Development Methodology, Sprints, GIT, etc.) Familiarity with data mining, social network analysis or spatial temporal research is a plus. Understanding of Transportation, Retail, and Smart Cities is a plus. Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a tabular CV, copies of your obtained degrees and certifications, and (if available) copies of your references from former employers (e.g. internships). Please also describe your experience as well as skills in foreign languages, software systems and programming languages.

Students who are currently studying, or recently completed an information technology degree in: Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or Information Systems.
