To help you prepare for competitive campus recruitment, BestTop will invite seniors who are enrolled in Fortune 500 firms to share with you valuable interview preparation tips and their experiences. Through these workshops, you will be equipped with key knowledge and effective techniques that make you stand out from the crowd!

Four small-group sessions are scheduled with each lasting for 2 hours (click for previous sessions). You can choose to attend any session of interest. The contents and dates are as follows:

Session 1 - Effective Behavioral and Group Discussion Interview Skills (Sun, 11 May 2014)

• Guest speaker from: Procter & Gamble
• Learn essential skills to be prepared for behavioral interviews that are popular in the campus recruitment.
• Discover ways to stand out in group discussion interviews.

Session 2 - Cracking Case Interviews (Sun, 11 May 2014)

• Guest speaker from: NS Solutions Corporation
• Learn powerful techniques to crack difficult cases.
• Beef up presentation skills to impress others.

Session 3 - Mock Interview and Psychometric Tests (Sun,  18 May 2014)

• Guest speaker from: The Royal Bank of Scotland
• Practice campus recruitment interview questions by applying techniques from previous sessions.
• Learn techniques to pass psychometric/written tests with flying colours.

Session 4 - Career Development (Sun, 18 May 2014)

• Guest speaker from: GlaxoSmithKline
• Discovery your strengths, values and interests through personality test.
• Acquire essential knowledge and skills for a successful transition from campus to work.
