Responsibilities
The purpose of this role is to provide data analysis, market intelligence coordination and support to the Growth & Innovation program which aims for Hydratight APAC to grow through cross selling, regional development and acquisitions in order to deliver sustainable, profitable growth, increasing revenue & profit with a world class team.
In particular this refers to:
Tracking and reporting of progress including key financials KPIs (sources of revenue, sales, quote conversion) and non-financial KPIs (strategic alignment, opportunities pipeline progress, etc).
Analysing and communicating: market intelligence and competitor analysis to provide direction for sales teams.
This position works closely with Regional Leaders, Sales Managers & Growth champions, regional (Segment/Function) owners to provide progress reporting/ KPIs.
Qualifications
Graduated with degree/post-graduate degree in Industrial, Energy, Electrical or Engineering
