Responsibilities
Be part of the assigned team during the Training period and lead and support in the assigned initiatives & projects
Attain a comprehensive understanding of the Roles & Responsibilities of the assigned team, at the same time developing skills required to attain the business objective of the assigned team
Lead and support in Market, Business studies, competitor and product analysis that enables and supports the growth of the Power Products Business in the rest of the Regions
Lead and participate in Business Process improvement projects across the various functional groups in the region
Qualifications
Degree in Engineering / Economics / Business or equivalent
Good hands on knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications including Excel, Access and Power Point
Understanding of B2B Market Dynamics with the ability to formulate Business Cases based on an opportunity or idea
Strong communicator with an analytical mind and problem solving skills
Good team player and the attitude to learn and grow with the organization
Prior experience in working in a multi-faceted team with the ability to instil consensus within a group/team will be an added advantage
