FDM's clients include market leaders in finance, insurance, travel, UK government, media, telecoms, transport and logistics. Services are provided by Consultants who are trained in-house as part of the company's Graduate Programme
Responsibilities
FDM is currently seeking a number of high-calibre candidates to join their award-winning Graduate Programme with the drive to work in IT on a consultancy basis, with some of the world's largest investment banks.
Successful candidates for FDM’s Graduate IT Programme will receive professional training in a number of disciplines both business and technically focused. These include Production Support, Project Analysis, Software Testing, Data Analysis and Development. On completion of training, they will become FDM IT Consultants representing the organisation on client sites for a minimum of two years.
Fast-track career progression is a key focus of FDM, and our programme will put candidates on a path that could lead into senior and leadership roles working within multinational organisations.

Qualifications
Suitable applicants will possess an IT or numerical science degree or equivalent experience, have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate the potential to build successful careers in IT.
