Our services include strategic communications, crisis counseling, press release production, translation, media relations and training, news monitoring, event management and direct marketing.

Responsibilities
  • Support annual APAC awards program
  • Participate in brainstorms, research and proactively contribute towards content generation efforts
  • Support marketing events such as conferences and roundtable sessions – from developing content ideas to managing the event
  • Work closely with third-party vendors to obtain quotes, supporting information,  etc
  • Support the business development team to put together credentials, case studies and leave-behinds
  • Assist in planning, writing and manage the monthly internal APAC newsletter
  • Coordinate internal & external monthly marketing/client health reports
  • Support internal events such as townhalls, senior executive visits to Asia, etc
  • Organize and attend weekly team meetings, including preparing agenda and taking minutes

Qualifications
  • University undergraduate, preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing or Business
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Willing to undertake minimum internship of 3 months’ duration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint), as well as a willingness to learn other software programs
  • Good planning and organizational skills
  • Good team player
  • Unfazed by the need to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • High level of initiative
  • Ability to read and write Chinese is a Bonus
