Program Overview
The training program is designed to ultimately prepare each consultant for a career in management. It not only focuses on teamwork and culture, but also and most importantly, prepares you to succeed in sales – from first contact to end negotiations and account management.

After having delivered successful results, a Consultant will be given the opportunity to assume responsibility for a team of their own as a Manager. Once this position has been mastered, Meltwater will offer its top managers the opportunity to run a business unit as a Managing Director. This opportunity can take place anywhere in the world, giving the Director the chance to move internationally depending on their experience and preference. All Meltwater Managers and Managing Directors have been developed through this program, as have the majority of its top executives.

Responsibilities

  • Consultative B2B sales in the online & social media industry
  • Negotiating long term contracts with directors & executives in a wide range of companies from NGO’s to Fortune 500 corporations
  • Analyzing client needs to develop custom media intelligence solutions
  • Developing your own customer portfolio
