Responsibilities
  • Completing our Graduate Orientation Programme (Customer Support, Pre-sales and Implementation)
  • SimCorp Dimension skills training at our Academy, plus other relevant finance industry e-learning courses
  • Analysing customer requirements, especially regarding workflow integration
  • Configuring SWIFT style sheets (XML) and other message-type communications
  • Designing and configuring technical solutions for the import or export of data using SimCorp Dimensions communication server
  • Contributing to a project team whose main goal is to bridge complex business requirements and deliver on time
  • Regular travel to customer sites across Asia and to SimCorp offices in Australia, Europe and other locations for training and business purposes.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in Computer Science or IT
  • Ideally 2-3 years’ relevant work experience
  • Willing to travel and work abroad extensively
  • Clearly interested in financial markets
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient at meeting customer/business requirements and managing expectations
  • Effective time management, ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong sense of ownership, accountability and commitment to deliver quality outcomes
  • Able to learn and adapt quickly
  • Able to keep calm and composed in stressful situations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues – a team player
  • Willing to work towards becoming a Chief Technical Consultant
