Responsibilities
• Assist the Singapore Marketing Manager with core activities, such as:
o event/program planning and execution
o marketing collaterals and assets creation and selection
o agency management
o reporting
o marketing – sales collaboration
• Interact and work with other marketing departments (campaign, marketing communications, product marketing, marketing operations, and public relations) to achieve field marketing objectives.
• Regionally, manage e-Scheduler, activity calendar, Sales Force and budget spreadsheet with inputs from the ASEAN country marketing managers.
• Overtake a special project, possibly regional, ranging from telemarketing, event management or a specific marketing program.
• Live the “Symantec Marketing Life” - getting to know everyone in the marketing and extended teams; attending team meetings and gatherings; joining team lunches and other exciting things that we do!
Qualifications
• Good written and oral communication skills (English).
• Competent with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel office applications.
• Proactive and comfortable working independently.
• Has an interest to develop a career in marketing.
• Self-motivated, good project management skills.
• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.
