This unique and challenging program will start in June 2013 and last 9 months. It is divided into theoretical and practical blocks. During the theory phases, which will be conducted in two different countries within the ASEAN and Pacific Region, all participants would learn together before applying the acquired knowledge during on-the-job training in the practical phases. Moreover, each CAPAP Graduate Trainee will receive support and career development coaching from a high profile internal mentor.

Upon completion of the program, you will kick start your career at Siemens by taking over a challenging task in a commercial position which may include one of the following:
  • Commercial Sales
  • Commercial Project Management
  • Budgeting & Controlling
  • Accounting

Qualifications
  • At least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or equivalent.
  • A minimum GPA of 3.0, Distinction Average or at least Second Upper Class Honours or equivalent.
  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.
  • 1-2 years work experience are also eligible to apply.
  • Advanced computer literacy (MS Office)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
