Graduates gain experience working in rotations over a 12-24 month period across our four business lines (private equity, private real estate, private infrastructure and private debt) as well as within our institutional sales, corporate finance, portfolio value creation teams and project teams.

Responsibilities

Rotational, on-the-job exposure across a wide range of industries, geographies and live deal situations, often including all steps of a private markets transaction – from investment sourcing, assessment and due diligence to closing and managing the portfolio companies

Direct bespoke mentoring by an experienced manager and continuous exposure to senior members of the Firm

Qualifications

• Outstanding academic credentials from top institutions, working towards an advanced degree (MBA class of 2015 or Master’s Degree). Priority will be given to those who have working experience/internship experience
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication, able to engage and motivate others
• Flexibility, with a strong desire to learn and succeed
• A self-directed person, able to manage effectively and complete tasks in demanding timelines and with competing priorities
• Highest work ethics and professional demeanor
