Responsibilities
The Citi Singapore Cross Franchise MA is Citi’s flagship 36-month leadership development program.

Selected candidates will carry the Management Associate name and these exceptional individuals will be groomed to be Citi’s next generation of leaders through 5 rotations across our Corporate, Consumer, Global Functions and Operations & Technology businesses. Management Associates will be expected to perform at levels exceeding expectations, managing business initiatives and projects to create value for the teams they are attached to. Selected Management Associates may also be posted on short-term rotations in Citi’s businesses around the Asia Pacific Region.

Qualifications
  • 2nd Upper Class Honours Bachelors’ Degree in any disciple from a reputable University (i.e. minimum  CAP of 4.0/ 5.0 or 3.5/ 4.0) or Masters Degree
  • Established track record of leadership and academic achievement
  • Involvement in Community Service will be positively viewed
  • Less than three years prior full-time working experience
