Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers in the planning/execution of Hotel development projects and other administrative works
• Manage project records for client presentations and report submissions
• Manage documentation and project filing platforms Organize and facilitate project meetings
• Assist in implement various quality, safety and environmental management systems Other duties as assigned by supervisor Job scope may subject to change depending on work schedule 

Qualifications

• Able to commit from August 2015
• Open to students keen on Internship
