The Porsche Design Studio was established in Stuttgart, Germany, in 1972 by Ferdinand Alexander Porsche, grandson of the Porsche founder and designer of the Porsche 911.

Porsche Design Group, based in Bietigheim-Bissingen, Germany, was founded in November 2003 as a majority-owned subsidiary of Porsche AG to combine Porsche AG's and Porsche Design Group’s accessories and licensing business into one single company.

Responsibilities

• Assist franchise business department in day-to-day tasks and supporting partners from all over Asia
• Reporting of sales information, preparing and distributing monthly reports
• Prepare presentations by compiling data; developing presentation formats and materials
• Communicate product and event information, follow-up and reminders
• Assist in the organisation, set-up and follow-up of company events and conferences

Qualifications

• Knowledge of MS Office highly regarded
• Experience in providing administrative support
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a team environment
• Ability to adapt to frequent changes in workload
