Responsibilities
The HLB Atrede LLP internship provides an introduction to audit. Throughout the program, participants will focus on issues shaping and affecting the profession today as well as topics related to their own career development.
The HLB Atrede LLP internship is one that emphasizes on-the-job training. As an intern, initially, you will be tasked to assist our auditors in their fieldwork to slowly ease you into the world of audit. Our auditors will provide guidance and instruction during this time to teach you the ropes and educate you on the firm’s audit methodology. You will be asked to perform increasingly difficult audit procedures as you progress along. Towards the end of the program, our expectation is that you would have learned enough to be able to complete an audit of a small company on your own. And if you have proved yourself capable, you would get a chance to do so!
Qualifications
Undergraduate/graduate students with background and knowledge in accounting.
