Responsibilities
- Trained to support HR department in Recruitment, Training and Administrative functions
- Arrange employee interviews and related administration
- Apply and issue work passes and collate necessary documents
- Support training logistics arrangement
- Update training records in the Learning Management System
- Assist with smooth on-boarding process
- General administration support - letters preparation & filing of personnel records
- Degree in Business/ General Administration/ Human Resource
- No experience required
- Good communication skills and able to work in a team
- Proficient in MS Office applications
