Responsibilities
Event and meeting coordination: Serve as the first point of contact for investment presentations and scheduling of MFS investment personnel. The individual will take responsibility for the co-ordination of meetings - attendees, materials, agendas and venues.
Review books generation: Coordinate production for client review books for MIL Singapore separate account clients working with the reporting teams, desktop groups, Institutional Portfolio Managers, Product Managers and Relationship Managers. Assist in editing some contents in client review books whenever necessary and in accordance with clients' request and checklist.
Marketing and pitch books generation: Source, proof, edit and provide content updates as needed in marketing materials created for MIL Singapore. Provide guidance to ensure deliverable and high quality standard to meet client needs. Advise the distribution and investment teams as to what data is possible to obtain by when in order to get the book ready in time for the meetings. Responsible for ensuring all production deadlines are met, the agenda and act as central coordinator for marketing materials targeted at both prospects and existing clients.
RFP production and translation: Assist in producing hard-copy RFP and in translation of RFP into Chinese language.
Record Keeping: Assist in record keeping on Sales Logix and local system for all sales and business activities in Asia ex-Japan region. Maintain a database of new business opportunities and prospects and produce summary reports on this activity to MD of MIL Singapore and President of MFSI.
Market intelligence: Maintain awareness of industry trends and competitive landscape. Assist in gathering information on prospects and clients and products for background information. Assist in arranging for some appointments.
Other administrative tasks: Assist in processing the expenses of the sales team. Assist in booking travel, hotel, restaurant, courier arrangements. Assist in all logistics regarding business trips (including itinerary and background information etc) and conferences. Anticipate clients and sales people's needs. Communicate messages efficiently and check emails and appointments regularly throughout the working day
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Power point, Excel, Word)
- Strong verbal communication skills

- Some understanding of Fund Management and Financial Markets
