Responsibilities

• Perform targeted and comprehensive research to support the organization's strategic initiatives;
• Provide analysis of market information to assist with determining industry trends, etc.; 
• Conduct research and analysis related to M&A;
• Contribute to the communication/presentation materials for various stakeholders.
• Collect and collate publicly available information to support various strategic initiatives;
• Perform research and analysis on available data to identify industry trends and formulate hypothesis;
• Conduct competitive analysis pertaining to products, financial performance and market positioning;
• Perform research and analysis on potential M&A targets and assist in financial modeling;
• Assist in the development of presentation materials;
• Manage the communication among all stake holders to ensure effective collaboration;
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• At least a University Degree in Business Administration or a similar field of study; currently pursuing MBA;
•  Exposure to corporate finance and financial modeling will be advantageous;
• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint;
• Strong analytical / problem solving skills with high business acumen;
• Self-motivated and can work efficiently under pressure on his/her own initiative.
