Responsibilities

• Join Essentra as an Operations Graduate on our Global Graduate Trainee Programme
• As an Operations Graduate Regional Director in Singapore you will help with the review of manufacturing sites, problem solving and reporting.
• Reviewing reports submitted by manufacturing sites
• Identifying areas of concern
• Clarifying by telephone/videoconference with site
• Agreeing required actions
• Producing summary reports for senior management

While you learn our business, you will be developed and supported ensuring career progression. During the programme, you will train with graduates from across our international locations in a number of strategic, commercial, operational, financial and personal development areas.

Qualifications

• Degree (1st or 2.1) – Engineering, Business, Science, Manufacturing, Technology or graduates degree
• Numerate & analytical approach.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Prioritisation skill
• Problem solving
• High level with Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Strong written, and spoken English.
• Interpersonal skills
• Results focused.
• Willing to travel both domestically and internationally and eventually relocate as your career develops
