Responsibilities
The Management Trainee will report to the Regional Head of Consumer Products, Fragrance APAC. We offer you the opportunity to start your career in Givaudan by joining our APAC Management Trainee Program. The duration of the training program will be two years. The Management Trainee Program is established to develop trainees for future management positions in key business areas such as Sales, Marketing and etc.
During the 2 year training period, you will be provided with assignments with the objective of building business understanding and cultivating business skills and competencies.
Each selected trainee will need to satisfactorily complete at least 4 assignments. At least one of the assignments will include overseas assignment.
When you have successfully completed the two year programme, you will continue your career in Givaudan as a Sales/Marketing professional, and apply your learning to our challenging business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Finished/graduating from Graduate Degree
- Interested to work in Fragrances and Flavours industry
- Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
- Mobility – willing to work in any of the local countries in Asean region after completion of the 2 year trainee programme
- Able to handle pressure and ambiguity
- Capacity to learn and develop continuously
- Self-motivated
- Structured and creative approach to work
- Good written and verbal command of English
