Responsibilities
Finance team works in partnership with the whole organisation to drive business planning, manage costs and maximise our cash flow.  This helps us to generate new revenue for investment in research & development (R&D) and enhance returns for our shareholders.

Three-year rotational finance program combines practical work experience whilst studying for a professional qualification. This will equip you with the skills to develop a career within our global finance community.  The Finance Future Leaders Program provides a solid foundation across key development roles throughout our organisation.

Juggling work and study for a finance qualification can be demanding but the rewards will be worth the hard work you put in. You will be fully supported throughout the program with your rotation Line Manager, buddy, mentor, senior finance leaders and the central program team.

Qualifications
  • Any Bachelor Degree background
  • Minimum achievement of an 2nd Upper Class Hons (or equivalent)
  • High capability in Maths, equivalent of Maths grade A at GCSE or A-Level
  • No more than 2 years post graduate work experience
