Responsibilities
The Southeast Asia Talent Scheme (SEATS)* is designed to develop young managerial talent for Jardine Matheson Group businesses in Vietnam, Cambodia, Myanmar, Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines and Malaysia. This is a two-year programme in which trainees start their training initially in Singapore or Hong Kong, after which they return to their home countries for their second year of development. The scheme specifically targets the nationals of any of the countries described earlier to work in the Group companies.

This programme comprises a series of leadership development modules designed to build the capabilities of executives and broaden your internal networks.
