A centralised Market Intelligence function, grouped into commodity specialist teams, has been established to understand the commodity market, develop marketing strategy, and create value for commercial decision making within the Marketing Business Unit and across the wider organisation.
Responsibilities
- Review and utilise existing customer and competitor data across the Market Intelligence commodities
- Develop processes to capture and cross reference data using available sources
- Gather and display information on the INSIGHT marketing intelligence portal
- Deliver a user engagement strategy to maximum value to the business units
