Responsibilities
It all begins with our Global Induction Program, where you’ll have the chance to network in one location with fellow graduates from around the world. Our senior leaders will share their vision for Deutsche Bank with you, and then your training as a Consultant will begin in earnest. As well as a customized training curriculum, you’ll work on projects across the business, learning how to combine banking expertise with in-depth consulting know-how. From the nuts and bolts of project management techniques to concept development, you’ll have the opportunity to develop a wide range of skills through a dynamic, interactive and hands-on approach. This training will help you have an immediate impact, doing what Deutsche Bank does best - providing real innovation and creative solutions for our clients.
Qualifications
Outstanding academic achievement, fluent English and German, and a cosmopolitan mindset are all essential qualities in these influential global roles. You’ll also need a collaborative approach and a commitment to putting the needs of the customer center stage. We take people from a range of academic disciplines – including Banking & Finance, Business and Engineering. Qualification-wise, the only essential is that you’ve developed strong analytical and conceptual skills during your studies. We’d also like you to have some experience working in a consulting environment – perhaps as an intern. Add to all this the ability to think creatively and solve problems, and a drive to learn, develop and succeed.
