STEE-eServ is the first privatised home-grown shared services organisation in Singapore that has a fully operational centre delivering a complete suite of HR, Finance and Administrative services. STEE-eServ's capabilities range from the key HR services of payroll, benefits and claims, corporate travel, welfare programmes, event management, staff development, career transition, to financial services of accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounting and reporting, as well as in various administration involving huge customer groups.
Responsibilities
Conduct training needs analysis on Organisational and Continuing Education Programmes for our customers based on research from the websites, documentary review of course materials, feedback reports etc, to ascertain the extent of relevancy as compared to the emerging trends in the market place and similar environment
Study and examine the Organisational Training programmes available in the Public Sector and ascertain and make recommendations if the programmes are relevant to existing customers
Research on the local training providers and agencies that offer similar or related Organisational and Continuing Education programmes and perform benchmarking to evaluate competitiveness and relevance of the current training offerings and approaches/methodology and propose any areas for enhancement / improvement
Based on the above, propose and recommend the specific areas (including the contents and course materials, etc) for review of the existing Organisational Training and Continuing Education programmes to meet the specific needs of the various target audience
The recommendations would include sourcing and proposing new Continuing Education programmes to replace / complement the existing programmes, where appropriate

Qualifications
Preferred Student's Specialisation: Human Resource Consulting / Organisational Development / Business Studies
