Responsibilities
  • Support the Singapore and learn about broking and specialist international product areas.
  • Conduct analytics and research in order to streamline processes, identify areas of efficiencies and introduce changes in policies/ programs.
  • Create data collation with conclusions.
  • Gain exposure to markets and experience colleagues in the field.
  • Learn broking and specialist product area as part of the basic job requirements.

Qualifications
  • Undergraduates graduating between December 2014 and June 2015 preferred
  • 2nd class honors or GPA 3.0 and above strongly preferred
  • Ability to work as an integral part of a team, fostering teamwork and cultivating relationships, as well as work independently or with minimal direction
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
  • Critical and innovative thinking, problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Self motivated, responsible, and able to work independently
  • Adaptability – quick learner
  • Strong project management skills
  • Mature and professional demeanor, and a positive attitude
  • Strong PC skills including knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint and Excel
  • Interest in broking internationally
