Allianz sold Dresdner Bank to Commerzbank in November 2008. As a result of this merger, Allianz gained a 14% controlling stake in the new Commerzbank.

Responsibilities
Macro
  • Daily updates of macroeconomic indicators, understand the importance of macro and its linkage
  • Participate in the conference calls with economists/strategists and provide summary notes
  • Support the adhoc requests on macro data/charts
  • Fixed Income Credit
  • Understand AIM’s credit scoring models for financials and non-financials
  • Assist Credit Head in mapping the OE’s credit reviews to the models

Equities
  • Monthly update of charts/data for TAA report
  • Research and analyse of companies (writing report, building model for financials, forecasts)

Investment Monitoring & Reporting
  • Producing monthly OE factsheets – once a month
  • UL performance – once a week
  • Graphs and data for presentations when required
  • Support in investment report generation

Qualifications
  • Finance or Economics Background
  • Advanced Excel Skills (macros)
  • IT savvy
  • SQL knowledge
