Responsibilities
You will be tasked with the following responsibilities:
- Conduct research on data protection policy issues, such as:alternatives to the consent-based data protection model; and the economic value of personal data and data protection frameworks
- Assist in developing detailed guidance for organisations and individuals on data protection issues, such as: forms of consent acceptable to Personal Data Protection Commission (PDPC); application of Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) to phone applications; and contract clauses or business corporate rules for overseas transfer of personal data in accordance with the PDPA
- Assist in PDPC officers' ongoing work or projects
Qualifications
Graduates/Undergraduates who are pursuing a degree in arts, business, computer science, economics, electrical engineering, electronic engineering, information technology, information systems, social science or related fields.
