Responsibilities

• Testing the CRM application and help identify errors/bottlenecks.
• Work closely with project leads and Information Systems manager in delivery
• Support the data migration from existing systems to new systems - conversion, migration and

• Preparation of user documentation & training material
• Support initial training sessions.
• Assist in the design and creation of reports and dashboards in the CRM system.
• Support migration of files and folders from one Google Drive account to another.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate/ master student enrolled in a university
• Preference for a major in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information System,
• Business or related area
• Strong quantitative, analytical skills and proficiency in MS Office especially with Excel (data
