Responsibilities
As a Support Engineer you will be central to ensuring clients technical issues are resolved and enhancing the operational stability of the services. You’ll work with key stakeholders across the organisation including client services, development, products, business analysis and our external partners to support our international clients. The work helps ensure that MarkitServ is providing a high quality service and maintaining client satisfaction.
Qualifications
This technical role will suit ambitious and driven self-starters who are likely to be studying computer science, mathematics or engineering at university and committed to developing a career within a fast moving environment in the financial industry. With a genuine interest in the financial world and the technology associated with it, candidates will be excited and intellectually curious to learn about the technologies behind some of the world’s biggest and most complex financial organisations.
