Responsibilities
The use of social media – Linkedin, Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter and social networking sites such as Google Plus, Facebook, Tumbler, Vine, Flickr etc. in recruitment strategies is an exciting area to focus on. To attract the best talent, we need to build and leverage on a successful social recruitment strategy.
The intern will get exposed to making and building business relationships, managing internal and external customers and managing expectations of various parties in a complex matrix organization setup. The role will allow the intern to focus on building up the social media recruitment strategy and be exposed to working with candidates/applicants for roles. The intern will be exposed to mapping various competitive organizations and involves call calling.
