The American Chamber of Commerce in Singapore (AmCham) is the leading international business association in Singapore, with over 5,000 members representing more than 750 companies. American companies’ direct investment in Singapore exceeds an estimated S$195 billion. Our mission is to promote the interests of AmCham members in Singapore and the region by providing insights, advocacy and connections through our programming and publications. AmCham represents our members at the highest level of government in Singapore and Washington, and advocates on policy issues concerning them.
Responsibilities
Government Affairs
Gathering relevant statistics and insights on the impact of American business on Singapore’s economic development; preparing materials in which AmCham could disseminate these findings
Supporting the research and writing of policy papers related to doing business in the region
Public Affairs and Communications
Supporting the development and implementation of the Chamber’s public affairs strategy
Supporting the development of AmCham’s external communications
Supporting the development of AmCham’s branding and corporate identity materials
Additional Responsibilities
Supporting other inter-departmental initiatives of the Chamber as required
